Which port are your company located in?
It is Xiamen Port. Our price always based on FOB XIAMEN.
What are your prices?
Our prices are subject to change depending on quantities, materials, packaging, etc. We will send you an updated price after you give the details.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes. Usually it is 500 pcs per item per color. But if it is color box packing, it is 2000 boxes per item per color.
Can you supply the relevant documents?
Yes. We can provide most documents including bill of lading, invoice, packing lists and certificate of origin.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is around 1 to 3 weeks. For mass production, the lead time becomes effective when 1)we have received your deposit or L/C, and 2)we have your final approval for your products. Normally it will take 60 to 80 days.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
1)30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L
2)Irrevocable letter of credit
Can I make my designs and put my logos?
Yes. OEM is warmly welcome.
Do you offer free designs and free samples?
Yes. We can make free designs for you. We will ask for sample fees, but this will refund to you once your order total amount are reached our MOA.
